Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Grove Gear GRG-DMQ-821-1500-L6-56 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 28480730 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ROD426A2500 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L706720MM by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hach Brand PD2P1A50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harowe such as 11BRCT300M105 equipment made by Harowe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harowe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harowe" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LBB1250SS made by Heim as well as the popular H4890P1446 original spares produced by Harland-Simon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 93321300 by Haas and 11BRCT300M105 spares by Harowe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LCD120042 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
