Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hall such as the NPCS262 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0304A110 manufactured by Bdh-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Bdh-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HE693ADC420B by Manufacturer Ge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hartzell Brand 5542VM3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as EPM00490 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MD0505A made by Hallmark as well as the popular PC0671804 original spares produced by Harding
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24464408 by Heidenhain and EPM00490 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
