Halmar Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Halmar CXM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Halmar CXM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the CXM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our CXM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hirschmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harnischfeger parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hengstler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hirschmann such as the RS201600T1T1SDAU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 79U9 manufactured by Harnischfeger and we are pleased to be able to service most Harnischfeger systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 522519 by Manufacturer Hengstler as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Heidenhain Brand 31912304 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as LC191F equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 142660 by Hammond-Manufacturing and LC191F spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
