Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Harmonic Drive Systems RH-8C-3006-E100D0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hayssen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hengstler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hayssen such as the 03027A7176 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IDNR manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 92102 by Manufacturer Hengstler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hayssen Brand 10217A2409 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heller such as E23020064000 equipment made by Heller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heller" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 40046 made by Hohner as well as the popular 275605 original spares produced by Helix-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 113730106 by Hbm and E23020064000 spares by Heller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S09713 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hiwin.
