Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hoerbiger-Orica such as the P21020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 530424M manufactured by Holotek and we are pleased to be able to service most Holotek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 680295 by Manufacturer Herma as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Helwig-Carbon Brand E46 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hitachi such as 3TJ10000BB4 equipment made by Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hitachi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LS303 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular 538D500 original spares produced by Himmelstein
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L703 by Heidenhain and 3TJ10000BB4 spares by Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
