Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hiwin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hiwin such as the HGW45HC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLT9080 manufactured by Heller and we are pleased to be able to service most Heller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LS186C940 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hdr Brand PF348060CL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heim such as LBB2500 equipment made by Heim have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heim products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heim" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MGN12C by Hiwin and LBB2500 spares by Heim are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
