Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hobart-Bros parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hiwin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 85002C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1712301 manufactured by Hobart-Bros and we are pleased to be able to service most Hobart-Bros systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HGH30CAH by Manufacturer Hiwin as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Honeywell Brand BZLN200RH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Homag such as 00F50603A00 equipment made by Homag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Homag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Homag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7005B1035 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 230200640000144 original spares produced by Heller
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 070101020258 by Hohner and 00F50603A00 spares by Homag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Helm.
