Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Heldt & Rossi SM806/807 , SM807DC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hesse--Knipps parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hengstler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heller such as the D23020036000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCOUTPC manufactured by Hesse--Knipps and we are pleased to be able to service most Hesse--Knipps systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RA58P by Manufacturer Hengstler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Himmelstein Brand 6205B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hickok such as 60CPUT2LA equipment made by Hickok have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hickok products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hickok" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 135SPEC made by Hfc as well as the popular SSW7TS original spares produced by Hemholz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 16MGMMANAGEDIP67ETHERNETSWITCH by Hirschmann and 60CPUT2LA spares by Hickok are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
