Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hirschmann SPIDER II 8TX/2FX EEC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hiwin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hitachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the VSMDIS13370001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HGR15C manufactured by Hiwin and we are pleased to be able to service most Hiwin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BEG08020119839 by Manufacturer Hitachi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hk-Systems Brand HK4020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Timken such as HM9112103 equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 368122 made by Hobart as well as the popular GK005801 original spares produced by Hitran

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 68W3017318BLTUR2PrA by Hitachi and HM9112103 spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
