Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hub City 0220-00402 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hydac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hypertherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Husky product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hydac such as the HDA847KG0500004909746 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41509 manufactured by Hypertherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Hypertherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F0648S293 by Manufacturer Husky as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hurletron Brand 2451N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hydra-Force such as 4000139 equipment made by Hydra-Force have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hydra-Force products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hydra-Force" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 780306 made by Husqvarna as well as the popular HC31E0820302 original spares produced by Hubbell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 41760 by Hypertherm and 4000139 spares by Hydra-Force are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 22061903 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hub-City.
