Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hydro-gear 53318-P3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dukane products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dunkenmotoren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Multitek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dukane such as the 43E301HD39 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BG75X25PI manufactured by Dunkenmotoren and we are pleased to be able to service most Dunkenmotoren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M550CT9PEM550 by Manufacturer Multitek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ge Brand DS200TCRAG1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynamatic such as 1556510 equipment made by Dynamatic have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PTX1235 by Druck and 1556510 spares by Dynamatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
