Iai Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Iai RMAL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Iai RMAL include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RMAL if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RMAL repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Spare units by Idm such as CIMRPCU20P7 equipment made by Idm have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC670CHS001E by Ge and CIMRPCU20P7 spares by Idm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
