Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Idec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ifm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Idec such as the SLC30N0403DD2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CRWU100 manufactured by Iko and we are pleased to be able to service most Iko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AC1353 by Manufacturer Ifm as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ifm Brand PN7000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Iko such as TLA1616Z equipment made by Iko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iko" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PN7692 made by Ifm as well as the popular HG3GAJT22MFW original spares produced by Idec
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IN58ABB0022048 by Ideacod and TLA1616Z spares by Iko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FC4AL03A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Idec.
