Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jerguson such as the JCSKITS4J4D8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 140105 manufactured by Key-Transducers and we are pleased to be able to service most Key-Transducers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FDSA2NA by Manufacturer Keyence as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Keyence Brand CZ41 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as BL501507035 equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DCL300 made by Imlec as well as the popular LX2110 original spares produced by Keyence
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V3101 by Johnstone and BL501507035 spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PN2024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ifm.
