We service and repair Iko LWE15 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Iko LWE15 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LWE15 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Unholtz such as the UDGAIND20616 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 675700 manufactured by Union-Carbide and we are pleased to be able to service most Union-Carbide systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 112721 by Manufacturer Unico as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Unico Brand 313175 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by United-Electric such as E1058BS equipment made by United-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire United-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "United-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 400056 made by Unico as well as the popular A915A original spares produced by Unimount
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3131752 by Unico and E1058BS spares by United-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
