Inovec Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Inovec PC-VEXP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Inovec PC-VEXP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PC-VEXP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PC-VEXP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ion-Track parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ipc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the IL1000ampIL030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 171054 manufactured by Ion-Track and we are pleased to be able to service most Ion-Track systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 331115A by Manufacturer Ipc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ipc Brand 21112476L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Intel such as 142722000 equipment made by Intel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 918100 made by Ion-Industrial as well as the popular 600A original spares produced by Introloc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 941026A0361 by Ipm and 142722000 spares by Intel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 08GS19A945G202 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intel.
