Irt Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Irt 1310D and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Irt 1310D include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 1310D if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 1310D repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WJ500U122 manufactured by Joyce-Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Joyce-Dayton systems and parts. Spare units by Kamo-Seiko such as MT125F4R equipment made by Kamo-Seiko have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ROD1424002900K1 by Johannes-Heidenhain and MT125F4R spares by Kamo-Seiko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
