Jetter Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Jetter N-OD8 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Jetter N-OD8 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the N-OD8 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our N-OD8 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Qualitrol such as the TR600000013332 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P6034AE manufactured by Newport and we are pleased to be able to service most Newport systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3E97980B by Manufacturer Kitamura as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand QY10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modicon such as DAP2086728042272570 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 264418 made by Sieb-Meyer as well as the popular JW262S original spares produced by Sharp

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
