Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Monitronix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aaeon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the QPJ2D100S2P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS50 manufactured by Monitronix and we are pleased to be able to service most Monitronix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RWAOP9150C001EFI by Manufacturer Aaeon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Amx Brand NXDCV7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yokogawa such as UR1015C0BB equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PS400010008 made by Electro-Cam as well as the popular PC477 original spares produced by Siemens
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB48001 by Gms and UR1015C0BB spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
