Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 506011123 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E8616721OAO manufactured by Juki and we are pleased to be able to service most Juki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9FEI8 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kardex Brand 2080161 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as M9124ADC1 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 09FO2003429 made by Keb as well as the popular XR5 original spares produced by Kawasaki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 18712066102 by Kearney--Trecker and M9124ADC1 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
