Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kar-tech 1A0014C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kendrion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keyence product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kendrion such as the 866117H34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16F4C1G14001 manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FWH7 by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Keyence Brand IX080 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kepko such as ABC equipment made by Kepko have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12F5C3B by Keb and ABC spares by Kepko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3MC302G3DRAEKJ1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki.
