Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kel-tech AL1244C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mj-Tooling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kop-Flex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kumera product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mj-Tooling such as the SD7670 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1960343 manufactured by Kop-Flex and we are pleased to be able to service most Kop-Flex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XTA2125 by Manufacturer Kumera as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Martin Brand 140R17H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Koyo such as NU209C3FY equipment made by Koyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Koyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Koyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NU310C3FY made by Koyo as well as the popular NU204C3 original spares produced by Koyo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20T21750 by Marley and NU209C3FY spares by Koyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
