Kep Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Kep ZOID and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Kep ZOID include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ZOID if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ZOID repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keytek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kollmorgen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the EXV05P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GSTRIP manufactured by Keytek and we are pleased to be able to service most Keytek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M107774 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Knight Brand PMP970 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Krones such as 0900644059 equipment made by Krones have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Krones products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Krones" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 258012 made by Kineaatica as well as the popular GT2H32 original spares produced by Keyence
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UH157 by Koyo and 0900644059 spares by Krones are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ESX3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
