Kep Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Kep ZOID and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Kep ZOID include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ZOID if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ZOID repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kinco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kistler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the UC331 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT5423TCAN manufactured by Kinco and we are pleased to be able to service most Kinco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X532B by Manufacturer Kistler as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kern Brand 3193416 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kinetrol such as 020100 equipment made by Kinetrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kinetrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kinetrol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GWT100 made by Kongsberg as well as the popular TEXTILES original spares produced by Kinder
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MV4450TA1000 by Kla¶ckner-Moeller and 020100 spares by Kinetrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IL06015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen.
