Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keyence EX-201 and EX-202 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Killark parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kobelco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the AKM21GBSCN203 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EXB18368N34 manufactured by Killark and we are pleased to be able to service most Killark systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature YRIPB3510250 by Manufacturer Kobelco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Klockner Brand MI4550TA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Killark such as TA305SS equipment made by Killark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Killark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Killark" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5134A made by Kistler as well as the popular SE20200000000 original spares produced by Kollmorgen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPUP16 by Kiriu and TA305SS spares by Killark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IOP4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kiriu.
