Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the MIG150Q6CMB1X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS201600SAAE manufactured by Hirschmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Hirschmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OCVIP0 by Manufacturer Coreco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Motorola Brand MHW808A3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aro such as NM2322F11P43 equipment made by Aro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aro" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NIPXI6052E made by National as well as the popular NBB518GM60E3 original spares produced by Pepperl-Fuchs
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OD26144A391698G01 by Fanuc and NM2322F11P43 spares by Aro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
