Kontron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Kontron RAFI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Kontron RAFI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RAFI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RAFI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kraemer-Elektronik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kuka product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the 1FK71005AZ911ZZ9ZS05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LMZ500N manufactured by Kraemer-Elektronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Kraemer-Elektronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 00128456 by Manufacturer Kuka as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Leblond-Makino Brand 411712 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leeson such as 101602 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 102916 made by Leeson as well as the popular 11354 original spares produced by Leeson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ARGUS by Laetus-Gmbh and 101602 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
