Our services for the Koyo KCX-4D include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the KCX-4D if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Krohne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Krauss-Maffei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Krohne such as the BM100AFPFM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5004180 manufactured by Krauss-Maffei and we are pleased to be able to service most Krauss-Maffei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L60AD4 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kuhnke Brand KUAX652 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eurotherm such as L52030200 equipment made by Eurotherm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eurotherm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eurotherm" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2021218000 by Krones and L52030200 spares by Eurotherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TRDG1000R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koyo.
