Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rta such as the SDC05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16CE5 manufactured by Mte and we are pleased to be able to service most Mte systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFM by Manufacturer Profort as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand MRJ2SBC001QE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lenze such as 339226E equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CV500PS221 made by Omron as well as the popular 174561 original spares produced by Leeson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C200L2 by Morse and 339226E spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KP1405 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motortronics.
