Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leeds--Northrup product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 920MDT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C145T17FC78A manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 228202 by Manufacturer Leeds--Northrup as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Leeson Brand 19220200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lantech such as 55000201 equipment made by Lantech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lantech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lantech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 215081 made by Leeds--Northrup as well as the popular 445840 original spares produced by Leeds--Northrup
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 21006011 by Allen-Bradley and 55000201 spares by Lantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 673004001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Laserdyne.
