Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Optimate such as the OP9001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CQM1DRT21 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AWE03S30S by Manufacturer Schiele as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Omron Brand H7ANR6DM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sharp such as JW20RS equipment made by Sharp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sharp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sharp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 80228881A made by Reliance as well as the popular SM205B original spares produced by Se-Laboratories
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CJ2MMD211 by Omron and JW20RS spares by Sharp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
