Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leeds & Northrup 81635 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oi-panel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2700MK1J1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100GOI1S2R1 manufactured by Oi-panel and we are pleased to be able to service most Oi-panel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1155KPMP1100 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Moore Brand 1573341 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Total-Control such as 098001102 equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1420V2485A made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 2000457400566 original spares produced by Heller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 175Z7804 by Danfoss and 098001102 spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1771ID16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
