Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Loma-Checkweigher such as the LOMA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMP25TP manufactured by Load-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Load-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHDA1008N00 by Manufacturer Lexium as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Lg Brand SV004IG5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Magmotor such as S28 equipment made by Magmotor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magmotor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magmotor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 743530 made by Lutez as well as the popular 419209 original spares produced by Loma-Systems
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LVC2412 by Macro-Sensors and S28 spares by Magmotor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HVR75 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leybold-Heraeus.
