Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RXEF160 manufactured by Littelfuse and we are pleased to be able to service most Littelfuse systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Link-Belt Brand 42436 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Madison such as QD14505 equipment made by Madison have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Madison products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Madison" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 80036035 made by Manz-Automation-Keba as well as the popular MC6432 original spares produced by Lust
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LR51515 by Linear and QD14505 spares by Madison are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LRD6300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lion.
