Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-belt 142X7.1BB1C143X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlisle parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rossi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intel such as the 2CL520A013600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 189014MPT65 manufactured by Carlisle and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlisle systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 160P01E by Manufacturer Rossi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Foote Brand 1H56461A3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tigear such as 150S025N000 equipment made by Tigear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tigear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tigear" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 180WM40A made by Dodge as well as the popular 175Q56L20 original spares produced by Morse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2090Y1L by Falk and 150S025N000 spares by Tigear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
