Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-belt TB22455HHC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pep parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Duff-norton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the 185333 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 04283A307A00 manufactured by Pep and we are pleased to be able to service most Pep systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UM180338 by Manufacturer Duff-norton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Boston Brand X7213A60M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eam such as 100174 equipment made by Eam have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eam products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eam" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0070300R made by Pca as well as the popular TMQ224 original spares produced by Grove

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TCR8871 by Dodge and 100174 spares by Eam are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TMG2321 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove.
