Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lumberg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lutze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lundahl product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lumberg such as the IBIK8E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 743004 manufactured by Lutze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lutze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRU1 by Manufacturer Lundahl as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Louis-Allis Brand 5Y13060222 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lumiflex such as 30539B equipment made by Lumiflex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lumiflex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lumiflex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 401101ISSUEC made by Loma as well as the popular M203D original spares produced by Gould
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NAS8A by Lumberg and 30539B spares by Lumiflex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M204540 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
