Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lundahl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lucent parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Louis-Allis product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lundahl such as the DCU5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ED6707731G7 manufactured by Lucent and we are pleased to be able to service most Lucent systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 132613013 by Manufacturer Louis-Allis as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Lovato Brand TYPEB145 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as C953p0045 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CDA34003C30 made by Lust as well as the popular VF1406MS27FAPTC original spares produced by Lust
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCONISS4 by Loma and C953p0045 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
