Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Love Joy D10SS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Masterdrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mc-Gill parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lufkin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Masterdrive such as the F238 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7L125025 manufactured by Mc-Gill and we are pleased to be able to service most Mc-Gill systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T340C by Manufacturer Lufkin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Martin Brand 30H150SD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Martin such as 8C100TB equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 710XL9 made by Megadyne as well as the popular 53V1400SF original spares produced by Martin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1025G10 by Lube--Falk and 8C100TB spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 55V1180E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Masterdrive.
