Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lubriquip 163-310-020 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued M4com products, including obsoleted and phased-out B--R-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electromotive-Magnetek-Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader M4com such as the PS461001A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP13451A manufactured by B--R-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most B--R-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2007Q0CQOCCIMR15AS2020A by Manufacturer Electromotive-Magnetek-Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mac Brand PME501JM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Magmotor such as 720103382 equipment made by Magmotor have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MUB00340P71 by Magnetak and 720103382 spares by Magmotor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
