Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lucas TM SDO-600-12LD-F8S-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Milltronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Msa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mountz product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Milltronics such as the MSI24502478A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10106729 manufactured by Msa and we are pleased to be able to service most Msa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 75202 by Manufacturer Mountz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Milltronics Brand XLS60 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mercoid such as DS23335 equipment made by Mercoid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercoid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercoid" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GHSE7502000 made by Marco as well as the popular 3600734 original spares produced by Micro-Motion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RHM0650MD701 by Mts and DS23335 spares by Mercoid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
