Our services for the Lundahl DCU-1101 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DCU-1101 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DCU-1101 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetrol such as the 0397003041 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XA10 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 702834 by Manufacturer Max-Motosports as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Magne-Motion Brand 700156000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Magnetek such as 635801002 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MLC10U100 by Magnetic and 635801002 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
