Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Macron Dynamics MSA-NBC-0-GB-A01-75 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mesa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mahr-Perthen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Masoneilan product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mesa such as the 301631001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6720905 manufactured by Mahr-Perthen and we are pleased to be able to service most Mahr-Perthen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6221100019990000 by Manufacturer Masoneilan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Matsushita Brand AND1814T05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Merlin such as ME991 equipment made by Merlin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Merlin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Merlin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PBLT2540 made by Mercoid as well as the popular 182THTY7726 original spares produced by Marathon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 215THTL7776 by Marathon and ME991 spares by Merlin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
