Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Magna-lastic Devices Inc. UM SAFETY MAT 30-5/8IN X 18-5/8IN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Molex/woodhead parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mts product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the HPN704727 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7R6A06A19A120 manufactured by Molex/woodhead and we are pleased to be able to service most Molex/woodhead systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GHS0115UD602DE4 by Manufacturer Mts as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Micro-Swich Brand OPDAR30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Merlin such as 48824 equipment made by Merlin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Merlin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Merlin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SPT205 made by Millipore as well as the popular MLS12R original spares produced by Micro-Switch

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24PC250G by Micro-Switch and 48824 spares by Merlin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS3MS3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan.
