Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metrologic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Merten parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Marposs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metrologic such as the IS22016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MEG62155910 manufactured by Merten and we are pleased to be able to service most Merten systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E9066 by Manufacturer Marposs as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mega-Phase Brand 85133F30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mercoid such as PBLT2540 equipment made by Mercoid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercoid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercoid" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 25LHR121249 made by Melles-Griot as well as the popular NFNL36060 original spares produced by Merlin
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCX151025 by Mechatronics and PBLT2540 spares by Mercoid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS412 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Max-air.
