Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Force-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Force-Control such as the EB104B090S2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GFQU08022 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GM2535T by Manufacturer Baldor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Abb Brand F9M4H57534 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as EB202B11B3005 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GMP3348 made by Baldor as well as the popular GLP3346 original spares produced by Baldor
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F504D2CAKQ by Dayton and EB202B11B3005 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
