Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mondel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Martin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Makishinko product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mondel such as the 10MBTED305C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80BS27 manufactured by Martin and we are pleased to be able to service most Martin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B70160A by Manufacturer Makishinko as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mannesmann Brand KBA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Martin such as 50BTB19H equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LIM40 made by Mmtc-Inc. as well as the popular 60A20 original spares produced by Martin
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
