Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Martens such as the 6830199508 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3404995829 manufactured by Marposs and we are pleased to be able to service most Marposs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3398073 by Manufacturer Meltric as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Markem Brand 10069038 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Martin such as E40SK36 equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 375A500Q50PX made by Marsh as well as the popular 1952939 original spares produced by Maschinenfabrik-Gerd-Mosca
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AD144000 by Mathers and E40SK36 spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
