Matrox Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Matrox STD-Alpha and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Matrox STD-Alpha include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the STD-Alpha if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our STD-Alpha repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsushita such as the TNP85506 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3572MBE4231 manufactured by Mcg and we are pleased to be able to service most Mcg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4500701100 by Manufacturer Mcgill as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Matrox Brand Y724401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mce such as SCRPRIENH equipment made by Mce have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mce products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mce" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 24506151 made by Mayr as well as the popular 20904512073 original spares produced by Mayr
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS0300000G0100 by Mavilor and SCRPRIENH spares by Mce are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
