Our services for the Maxpro PPO-4 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PPO-4 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the N23021F04AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NSPB70002239 manufactured by Novastop and we are pleased to be able to service most Novastop systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT4090SPECIAL by Manufacturer Baldor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Reliance Brand P56H1474H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tol-o-matic such as MRV22 equipment made by Tol-o-matic have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NE34010LB by Bayside and MRV22 spares by Tol-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
