Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Misumi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Misumi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Misumi such as the RTSS40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LX30 manufactured by Misumi and we are pleased to be able to service most Misumi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A6FD by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Micromatic-Textron Brand MMC9314M224 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Minka-Lavery such as 4610101 equipment made by Minka-Lavery have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A1S71Q71NT by Mitsubishi and 4610101 spares by Minka-Lavery are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
